Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide high quality cartridges at competitive prices in combination with superior customer service that will grow our satisfied client base and, in turn, our business.

We acknowledge that brand names, logos, trademarks, etc remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for compatibility purposes only.
Delivery
Orders of A$200 and over are delivered FREE of charge Australia-wide.
Orders under A$200 attract a flat delivery fee of A$11 (+GST) to ACT/NSW/VIC/QLD and A$14 (+GST) to NT/SA/TAS/WA.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it from you (depending on stock availability). Therefore, you should receive your order in about 3-5 business days depending on your delivery location (distance) relative to Sydney.
We use mainly couriers, or sometimes Australia Post, depending on the size / weight of the package, delivery address location and any special circumstances, including customer instructions.
NOTE: We can NOT deliver to a PO Box - a street address is required.
Pricing
We feel our prices are reasonable and competitive, but it may be possible that you find cheaper cartridges elsewhere. If you do find a cheaper product on a competitor's site, feel free to contact us with their web site address and price and we will investigate.
If we can meet or beat their price without taking a loss on the item, we will. If we can’t, we will also inform you of that and certainly encourage you to purchase the item from them.
BUT be cautious, as items from some vendors may not be as high quality as ours are. Also, some vendors may offer items at a "breakeven" price or even a loss in the hope that you will purchase other items that will make up for the difference. Others may even charge extra high freight cost to cover their loss on the "sale" items.
Therefore, we must review each price matching request on a case-by-case basis, but we will make sure that you receive the best value possible.
Just like in any shop, our prices may change without prior notice.
Privacy
Your personal information is private – and we respect that. We will not knowingly disclose your personal information (such as name, address, phone and email) for inappropriate purposes (such as selling it to direct marketers).
We may use your details to contact you in relation to the status of your order or to notify you of new products or special offers. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by any of the methods on our "Contact Us" page.
Returns / refunds
We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our products, but we do realise that sometimes circumstances may arise that make returns necessary. Reasons may be damage to goods in transit, defective items or a simple mistake of buying the wrong cartridge for your printer.
If you wish to return any items or to obtain a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review each claim on its merits and will work with you to ensure a mutually satisfactory outcome – remember that we’d like you to be satisfied so that you remain our regular customer.

Your details are safe. WorldPay, our online credit card payment processing service provider, is a large and reputable world-wide organisation with the highest of security standards. Your personal information and credit card numbers are protected by encryption.

Taxes
Goods sold in Australia attract a 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST) payable to the Federal Government. The 10% GST charge on your purchases is displayed on your invoice at the checkout as you pay for your cartridges.
